Apparel Care

This garment must not be washed. It should be dry cleaned in a quality cleaners with instructions to maintain a crisp touch. This garment is made using Linen, a beautiful natural fabric with irregular characteristics making each garment unique. Some of the knit constructions make it susceptible to snagging  on sharp objects and jewellery. Care should be taken to avoid this.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via DHL for EU orders and UPS for worldwide orders. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has left our factory. Although we will do everything we can to deliver as fast as possible, please allow a ten day shipping period due to our remote location on an offshore island.

All duties, fees and customs charges incurred on orders delivering outside of the EU are the responsibility of the customer and are not inclusive in the final price shown upon purchasing.

Returns

Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 21 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
