100% Linen | Scrubbed Horn Buttons

For the Island Linen Collection we reinvented the classic Shirt Jacket pattern which was a staple of the Island tailor’s repertoire a century ago, in a moss stitch. While traditional rib patterns are designed as columns of plains and purls, moss stitch breaks with convention to create totally new patterns with a soft, nubby texture.
Available this season in Grey Marl, a soft misty shade with hints of oyster, and in Navy Marl, a blend inspired by the sight of Atlantic waves topped with white sea spray. Knitted with just the right amount of stretch to help retain its neat shape. European Masters of Linen quality guarantees European linen of the highest standard and traceability from field to yarn.

Made and hand-finished in our Aran Islands workshop. Available in Grey Marl, Navy Marl.

  1. Measure the front of the chest from underarm to underarm at the lowest point of the armhole seam.
  2. Measure the length from the highest point on the shoulder to the bottom of the rib.
  3. Measure the sleeve length from lowest point of the armhole to the bottom of the cuff.

This garment is made using Linen, a beautiful natural fabric with irregular characteristics making each garment unique. Some of the knit constructions make it susceptible to snagging  on sharp objects and jewellery. Care should be taken to avoid this. Hand wash in water no more than 30 degrees using a mild detergent. Lay on a flat surface to dry.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via DHL for EU orders and UPS for worldwide orders. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has left our factory. Although we will do everything we can to deliver as fast as possible, please allow a ten day shipping period due to our remote location on an offshore island.

All duties, fees and customs charges incurred on orders delivering outside of the EU are the responsibility of the customer and are not inclusive in the final price shown upon purchasing.

Returns

Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 21 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
