New for Autumn / Winter 2026 is our much-loved Original Aran Mock Neck in our beautifully soft Cashmere and Merino blended yarn. Aran patterns were passed down within Island families with pride, signifying the deep-rooted familial craft heritage of the Aran Islands. Inis Meáin's signature Patented Aran pattern has the distinction of being held in the collection of the National Museum of Ireland. Unique to Inis Meáin, the intricate composition of this fine cable knit pattern creates a tailored, classic look reminiscent of the strong twists of the Island fishing ropes. A distinctive traditional sweater with the roll trim mock neck and Original Aran motif carrying down the sleeves. Crafted with super-premium Cashmere and Merino yarn from Italian heritage producer, Filati Biagioli Modesto, made to the highest European environmental standards using only organic dyes.

Available in Tan Fleck, a luxurious camel with flecks of cream, rust and chocolate brown. Designed, made and hand-finished in our Aran Islands workshop.

Hassle-free Worldwide delivery with all taxes and duties included at checkout with no further payments required. All orders are shipped via DHL, except Canadian and US orders shipped with UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has left our factory.

Although we will do everything we can to deliver as fast as possible and usually within a few days, please allow up to a maximum 10 day shipping period due to our remote offshore island location where weather conditions can impact shipping your special package from the Aran Islands.

Our Online Shop Returns Policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original shipping.
