As we are based in the EU, our EU Country Euro prices on our Product Pages include all relevant taxes.

- No Additional Charges on Orders to the US
Our Dollar prices on our Product Pages include all landing tax and duty fees for orders to US addresses, therefore no additional taxes, duties or customs charges should apply from the US government or couriers.

- No Additional Charges on Orders to the UK and Worldwide
NEW from April 2025, we have implemented a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Worldwide Service. Selecting your shipping country on our website, a net euro price is shown on the Product Page. Once you input your shipping address in the checkout, applicable shipping, discounts and taxes are calculated, ensuring full transparency and only one payment per order. Therefore no additional taxes, duties or customs charges should apply from any government or courier.


Please Note - Shipping from an Island
Because of our offshore island location, your package has a few extra steps in its shipping journey. We deliver our packages to the Island Airport, they then fly to Connemara Airport and they are then are picked up by DHL or UPS courier. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has left the island workshop, and the tracking information will be updated by DHL or UPS once the package is picked up at Connemara Airport, usually the following working day. Our flat-rate shipping rates by area are subsidised to cover the additional costs to ship from our remote location. Although we will do everything we can to deliver as fast as possible and we have quoted usual delivery timelines, please allow for *up to a 10 business day shipping period to cover all areas due to the possibility of disruptive weather delaying the departure of your package from the island.
