The instantly recognisable Herringbone pattern has featured prominently throughout Irish history, from flooring in monastic settlements to patterns in Irish weaving and knitting traditions. The Herringbone motif can also be seen on Inis Meáin, in stone walls lining the winding island roads and the karstic landscape rife with geometrically diverse creggs and grikes, the inspiration for our Herringbone Line. The Cashmere Herringbone Scarf is a celebration of this staple design, with an asymmetrical array of herringbone patterns varying in size forming a subtle and unique accessory perfect to inject a splash of colour into a classy all-knit ensemble. Crafted with super-premium Cashmere and Merino yarn from Italian heritage producer, Filati Biagioli Modesto, made to the highest European environmental standards using only organic dyes. This warm, understated scarf measures 170cm x 30cm.

Available in Tan Fleck, a luxurious camel with flecks of cream, rust and chocolate brown, and Yellow Fleck, a deep sunflower hue interspersed with rich red and bold blue flecks in a harmonious blend of primary colours. Designed, made and hand-finished in our Aran Islands workshop.

Although we will do everything we can to deliver as fast as possible and usually within a few days, please allow up to a maximum 10 day shipping period due to our remote offshore island location where weather conditions can impact shipping your special package from the Aran Islands.

Our Online Shop Returns Policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original shipping.
